Refund policy

We offer a 3-day return policy, meaning you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused

  • With all original tags

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will send you:

  • A return shipping label

  • Full instructions on how and where to send your package

Items returned without an approved request will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please check your order as soon as you receive it.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

For exchanges, return the item first.
Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation.

Items must still meet the standard return conditions:
unworn, unused, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to process it.
